The workout plans are very realistic and more than doable. Kayla Itsines laid out the subject in a nicely matter. They might be useful to people who are new to working out, but as I had no need for this, half of the Bikini Body Guide: Workouts was practically useless to me. This glossary is so-and-so in my opinion. If some of the movements are difficult to understand because you’ve possibly never come across them before, there’s a glossary at the back where the movements are explained in words. Not only that, but the pages also illustrated how each workout move is to be properly done. They were divided in different stages (weeks and days) and target areas. The workout pages were both very nicely designed and executed. It has information on how to track your progress and weekly breakdowns - but most importantly - suggested workouts schedules. This short e-book in the Bikini Body Guide series contains a lot of the necessary information you’ll need if you’re aiming to change your lifestyle.
